One way system in place, please queue and drop off at the main front entrance of the building.
Pick up after class is at the …moreright hand side fire exit door on the front of the building, please queue as children are dismissed one at a time.
Please do not come too early for classes as either set-up or other classes will be taking place-we can not promise to care for children as we set-up for sessions.
Where covid rules are in place, please keep socially distanced at all times, only one family in the foyer area at one time and each student must apply hand sanitiser before entering.

Strength and Stretch class changes each week with fun exercises and class structures concentrating on various muscle groups.
Strength work is perfect for not only all genres of dance but other clubs outside of dance. We also work on improving flexibility so students are able to achieve exciting tricks such as the splits, leaps and more.
For the first session students can wear clothes they can easily move in such as a T-shirt and leggings and trainers that aren't likely to flick off. Students can bring a bottle of water with them.
